Billing Information
Billing Statement: After your visit or procedure, you will receive a detailed statement that outlines the services provided and any applicable charges. Your statement may include charges for physician services, lab work, medications, and other treatments.
Insurance Coverage: If you have insurance, we will work directly with your insurer to process claims. Please ensure that we have up-to-date insurance information on file to avoid any delays in processing.
Out-of-Pocket Costs: Any costs not covered by insurance will be your responsibility. This may include co-pays, deductibles, or any balance after insurance payments. We’ll make sure to communicate your out-of-pocket costs clearly.
